Nicole is in her first year of her Master of Science degree in Radiology at the Ontario Veterinary College as she continues to pursue her goal of becoming a veterinarian. Nicole has known she wanted to work in the veterinary industry since she was 8 years old. She started her animal experience volunteering at a local wildlife rehabilitation centre and since then she has been striving to help advocate for the health and well-being of animals. Nicole has been fortunate enough to volunteer in animal research projects at the University of Guelph and work in various general practice clinics and wildlife rehabilitation centres. Prior to joining the team, she worked at a referral hospital in the surgery department, and is now here to learn more about general practice.
When she’s not working or studying, Nicole enjoys going to the gym, reading books, travelling and spending time with her family and pets (Holland lop-eared bunny and bengals).
